Washington Hospital in Fremont between Interstates 680 and
880.
Directions
FROM
880: Take the Stevenson Blvd. Exit. Proceed eastbound on
Stevenson Blvd. for approximately two miles. The center is off
the corner of Stevenson Blvd. and Paseo Padre Pkwy., next to El
Torito. From Stevenson Blvd., turn left onto Paseo Padre Pkwy.
It will be the first driveway to the right. ERGO Rehab is on the
first floor. The Surgery Center is on the second floor.
FROM 680: Take the Mission Blvd. 238/Hayward exit.
Proceed north on Mission Blvd. approximately three miles. Turn
left (west) on Stevenson Blvd. Proceed on Stevenson about one
mile. The center is off the corner of Stevenson Blvd. and Paseo
Padre Pkwy., next to El Torito. From Stevenson Blvd., turn right
onto Paseo Padre Pkwy. It will be the first driveway to the
right. ERGO Rehab is on the first floor. The Surgery Center is
on the second floor.
FROM THE PENINSULA: Take 101 to 84 Dumbarton Bridge
east to 880 south. Take the Stevenson Blvd. exit. Proceed
eastbound on Stevenson Blvd. for approximately two miles. The
